great location but needs better service

i had a fantastic stay at la quinta! it was super close to the concert venue, so we walked there without stress. the free parking was a huge plus, and the free continental breakfast was delicious, though i wish there were more options. the room had a samsung flat-panel tv, which was awesome for unwinding.

the bathroom could use a bit more space.

I had a cozy night with comfy beds and a pleasant air conditioning that worked well. The breakfast area was spacious, and I enjoyed the quick check-in process. However, the pool was not as inviting as shown in the photos.

The stay was quite disappointing due to the overall lack of cleanliness. The room had not been properly cleaned, with various unappetizing issues, and it forced me to check out just 15 minutes after arrival. It left a rather sour impression of the place.

the shower was dirty , which was a real bummer. the breakfast had some limited options, but the a/c in my room worked surprisingly well. also, the housekeeping kept the common areas looking decent too. overall, not too bad.
